What Do Post-Evangelicals, Monergists and Moral Therapeutic Deists Have In Common?

I've been giving some thought to defining the purpose of this blog for some time.  What started out as some devotional emails for the local congregation has now developed into a wonderful adventure of blogging for myself and others.  In contemplating this idea of a purpose statement, I developed a threefold purpose statement of this blog "PM Notes" that will guide our conversations in the future.  The Threefold Purpose is: 

• Evangelize individuals who are caught in "Moral Therapeutic Deism"
• Provide Comfort To "Post-Evangelicals" In The Gospel (Also CLICK HERE)
• Strengthen "Monergists" In The Lutheran Confessions
