Servant Leadership?

In every culture, every organization, and every group, leaders can lead from a spirit of servanthood or a spirit of power/control. The latter disposition will always lead to conflict (often conflict over small things, for the thirst for power has no boundaries but makes every issue a battlefield for control). The former disposition - though not completely free from conflict - is typically free from drama. The reason is, servant leadership goes the way of keeping the ego in check and the greater good in focus. May we all aspire to servant leadership that eschews our personal agendas.
